Fake Company
I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding two lifestyle products that I purchased recently and which have exhibited unacceptable premature deterioration.
The first product is a Gambol five-finger shoe. I had already reported that the straps had developed tears shortly after purchase. Instead of being offered an appropriate replacement or resolution, I was advised to continue using the product. I followed that advice, but the problem has now become significantly worse. The sole has now started coming away from the shoe because the adhesive/gumming has failed.
This is particularly concerning because footwear is expected to withstand normal use and should not develop such fundamental structural failures within such a short period. Having already brought the original defect to your attention, I find it unacceptable that I was advised to continue using the product only for it to suffer another major failure.
I have also experienced a separate quality issue with an Oakley Jawbreaker sunglasses. The frame had already shown premature fading, and now the inner film/coating has also deteriorated/been affected. For a product positioned as a premium lifestyle and performance product, this level of premature deterioration is extremely disappointing.
Taken together, these experiences have made these some of the worst lifestyle purchases I have made so far. My concern is not simply about cosmetic imperfections. In the case of the footwear, the product has developed repeated physical defects despite the issue having already been reported.
I therefore request that these products be properly inspected and that an appropriate replacement or refund be provided, rather than another recommendation to continue using products that have already demonstrated premature failure.
I would also appreciate a clear explanation as to how these defects will be addressed and what steps will be taken to ensure that I am not left with defective products after having already raised the matter once.
Please treat this as a formal consumer complaint and provide a written resolution at the earliest.
I am prepared to provide photographs, purchase details, previous correspondence and any other documentation required to substantiate these complaints.
I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution.

If you need to exchange your size; we have got you covered. We
provide you with one-time free size exchange. However; if you need
an additional shot at size exchange then also, we do help you out but
the shipping cost is borne by you in that case. We need the product
in same condition with the outer box. Please try inside your home

In case, you want to return your product then we do provide
assistance for that too. You get the whole amount back after

If you wish to exchange an item

product delivery
Please try the product inside home and keep the tags and
packaging as it is if you wish to exchange.
We will reply to the email within 24 hours with the process for

We arrange return pick up in some regions of India . Where we
don’t have return pick up service we will request the customer
to send the product back at our location. That charges will be
born by the customer.
Once We get back the product We will ship the replacement.
Generally replacement process takes 8-10 days time.
For Heavy items Like Helmets, Carrom , Cycles ,Chess we do not
provide exchange/return service due to higher shipping cost.
