How do I know my order has been confirmed?
After checking out during the payment process, you will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully. You will also get a mail in your registered email id, along with an SMS to your registered mobile number confirming the order.
How do I check my order status?
We will ship your package within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will also mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment to your registered email address. You will receive an SMS about the same. In case you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company. Alternatively, you can check the same in My Account page, where Track Shipment option gives you the current status of your order being shipped.
Is it safe to use my Credit Card Online at Gambol.in?
We accept VISA, MASTER and AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit Cards issued in India and we accept Debit cards of all banks issued in India. International credit/debit card transactions are also accepted through Paypal, so now you can place orders with Gambol from outside India and we will ship it to your dear ones in India. All your transactions online are protected & secured by SSL (secure socket layer) technology from GoDaddy.com. It encrypts your credit card and relevant information during the entire transaction process. This encryption makes your shopping experience safe and secure.
What if an item is out of stock?
We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. We will notify you at the time of check out if the item selected is not in stock. In the rare circumstance where the order has been accepted and due to some reasons we are not able to ship, we will notify you within 24 hours and the money will be returned to you in the same mode by which the payment was made within 10 working days. Some items (which are restocked regularly) and is temporarily out of stock may appear on display with an out of stock tag.
Can I Cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before its shipped. Once item is shipped you can't cancel it. Once you get the item and you find any issue with the same you can write us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
All order through SIMPLE or any other EMI's are not eligible for refund. All discounted products are not eligible for return.
If you wish to exchange an item you may return the item by following our on our address and order a new item at gambol.in at current selling price.
- Please email us for the same we provide one time free exchange. We will arrange for the pick up and exchange the product. For Heavy items Like Helmets, Carrom , Cycles we do not provide exchange service.
- All items must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please call our Online Customer Service Department immediately at: 9974360182. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping charges. If you don't contact us prior to shipping the item back to us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Will I get full refund when I cancel my order ?
If you cancel your order before it's shipped you will get full Refund. Once we have shipped the product and it's in Transit we will deduct actual shipping charges and refund, If you are returning the product and want refund we will deduct actual shipping charges (Two Way) and initiate the refund. Refund will be processed in 1 weeks time.
