Shipping And Return Policy
Currently, we accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, wallet, and net banking. We also accept Paytm,Gpay and Phonepay on request.
✅ Cash On Delivery is available (for products having weight upto 5kg)
We offer free shipping on all our pre-paid orders above Rs. 999. For COD orders, we charge an additional fee of Rs. 100.
All our orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of when you place the order. Orders placed on Saturday post noon, are dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day. Standard Delivery time is 3-7 working days depends on city.
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a tracking number/ID via email. Orders can be tracked by Click
Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel the order. We will cancel the same if it's not dispatched. Once dispatch is done charges will be applicable for cancelling the parcel.
It usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Please do not accept the package if it’s tampered with.

Gambol ships only within India and uses reputed courier companies.

You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Gambol cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.
Discounted AND Promotional offered products are not eligible for Returns or Exchange.
Orders places through "SIMPLE" or ANY EMI Methods are not eligible for cancelation. You will get credit note if you want to return the product.
All products can be returned except for the product bought at discounted and bulk prices. Return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery failing which, return will not be accepted.
In case of any size issues, we provide one time free exchange . Once we receive the product we will check the quality and ship the exchange order. We need the product unused and with original labels and box. We will arrange return pick up based on location and courier partner availability on case to case basis.
If customer wants to return product and apply for refund, he/she can request the same on email@example.com .Once we receive the product back in original condition we will refund the amount deducting the actual two way shipping cost which will vary from product to product.
In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out with an immediate actions.
