Barefoot Shoes in Daily wear
Yes, barefoot shoes can absolutely be worn as daily wear! They’re designed to support natural foot movement and provide a minimalist experience, which can benefit you in several ways. In fact once you start liking the feeling of barefoot you will avoid wearing any kind of not so comfortable footwear.
Let me share with you few instance where this has happened with me :)
Went to a party wearing hig heels recently, within 15 minutes both the shoes were in my hands and was roaming barefoot rest of the time :p And this must have happend with many girls i am sure.
During last summer we went to a moderate trek and as the weather was cold i thought of wearing a trekking shoes and not any of the barefoot shoes. At half of the way my feet was paining too much and thus i convinced my partner to go back and leave the trek half way. The trek was ascending one way and the opposite the other was so i thought it will be easy while going back but when we started going back it was even more tough as my feet were constantly pushing forward and it was paining even more as there was no scope of comfort or breathability as shoes were closed and tight. After this incident i wore luna sandals with Wool socks in our next trek the next day.
