Transition Tips from Normal Shoes to barefoot Shoes

If you are switching to barefoot shoes from our normal footwear, Please take one (barefoot) step at a time. As we are so much accustomed to wear shoes, it takes time to transition from it

Be Patient and transition gradually. It can take several days to months time. If you experience any kind of discomfort allow your body to rest.

Everyone’s transition to barefoot is different so listen to your body. Wear the barefoot shoes only for few hours initially and try different exercise of feet, walk for few kilometers. Increase the duration slowly and once you feel comfortable and confident switch to your primary activity of running/training.

Ans: It Depends. Ideally barefoot shoes should be snug fit. The toes should touch the front of each pocket without getting cramped or any numbness. If there is any discomfort, the fit isn’t right for you. However, it depends on how you feel in it. Every toe and all feet have different needs.

Ans: Yes, these are washable. Though we do not recommend to use any kind of brush or sharp objects to remove off the dirt. Simply soak your pair of shoes in a bucket of water with any detergent powder for about 10 minutes remove the stand=s and dirt with toothbrush gently and air dry before resuming wear.
